		Bob Spran Partner There is no substitute for experience, and Bob certainly has plenty of that to offer in the remodeling and carpentry industry. Also a Lemont resident, Bob has seen and done just about every remodeling project known in the residential setting in his 29 years in the business and still manages every project personally. It’s his continued devotion to quality craftsmanship and customer relations that makes Sullivan & James a leader in the remodeling community.
		Phil Sullivan Partner As a licensed plumber for over 30 years, Phil brings his expertise of the bathroom remodeling industry to Sullivan & James. His knowledge of nearly every aspect of plumbing is a great asset for every job Sullivan & James handles. Phil is also very involved with volunteer work within the community, as he’s lived and raised a family with his wife Nancy in Lemont for over 25 years
		Ryan Sullivan Operations Manager Ryan is the person behind the scenes, making sure customers are receiving the top-of-the-line products, timely service and impeccable communication they know and love. A graduate of DePaul University, Ryan also brings his enthusiasm for staying current on marketplace trends and customer’s needs. You will also find Ryan very active in the local business community, as he is the president of the Lemont Area Chamber of Commerce.
		Amy Stern Designer A graduate of Harrington Institute of Interior Design, Amy has been creating luxury kitchens and bathrooms for 12 + years. Amy’s unique design talents have allowed her to give every customer the attention to detail they deserve. Amy works hand-in-hand with the customer, guiding them through every phase of the project and creating a constant dialogue throughout the design process.
		Irene Lamiot Design Intern Currently, Irene is part of our terrific showroom sales staff, and is completing her degree in interior design. Her knowledge of the showroom products is a great asset for anyone who steps through our showroom doors. We look forward to a bright future for Irene, as she continues to learn the nuances of creating that dream project for every customer.
